How Does Our Booking System Work?You need to book for each child and adult attending. The adults fee you pay online is fully redeemable against your café spend on the day. * No refund will be given if you do not purchase from the café on the day.

Do I Have To Pre-Book?Yes all of our play sessions are pre-bookable. This is to ensure we have enough space for everyone on the day and we don't have to turn anyone away. You book right up to 30 minutes before the session start time.

Do You Accept Walk-Ins On The Day?No we do not accept walk-ins. You can book right up until the session start time on our booking system.

What If I Can't Attend My Booked Session?You can reschedule your play session upto 24 hours before the start time. You can do this yourself by logging into your account on our website and clicking your account in the top right corner and selecting "my bookings".

Do You Sell Food and Drinks?Yes we sell a full range of coffee, tea and soft drinks, toasties, cakes and brownies which include vegan and gluten free.

Can I Consume My Own Food During My Play Session?We kindly ask that you do not bring in and consume your own food during your play session. If we see this we may ask you to leave the session.

Allergens - Bringing Your Own Food For AllergensIt is your responsibility to notify our team of any allergens you or your child have and check if we can cater for them. If your child has complicated / severe allergen requirements you may bring food for them. Please let us know on arrival.

Weaning Baby FoodYou may bring your own food for your weaning baby. Please let us know on arrival.

Can I Bring My Own Fruit For ChildrenYes, bring your fruit for your children. We do not sell it.

How Long Are The Play Sessions?Our play sessions last for 1hr30mins.

What Do I Do If I Arrive Early For My Play Session?The entrance waiting area will always be open so no one is waiting outside. We will open the internal door when the session is ready to begin.

Lost PropertyWe are no responsbile for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Our lost property items will donated to charity if they aren't claimed within 30days.

How Do I Know My Play Session Is Ending?We will ring a bell 10 minutes before the end of your play session for tidy time. This means we won't accept any more orders and it's time for us to tidy the toys away.

What Age Is Bambinis For?We have a baby playroom suitable from 4 months and an early years playroom suitable to 6 year olds. Older children are more than welcome and enjoy playing with our resources. Please note most of the toys and resources in the early year playroom are designed for children aged 3 and over, we kindly ask that you closely supervise those children under this age whilst playing in the early years playroom.

Can I Bring My Pram InsideWe are limited on space inside the play venue. If your child is awake and ready to play please leave all car seats and prams in our entrance.

Can We Eat In The Play Areas?No, strictly no food is allowed in the play areas or on the rugs. We kindly ask that everyone including children consume food at their table so we can keep the venue clean and tidy for everyone. Please supervise your children with food in the play areas.

Do You Operate A Shoes Off Policy?Yes, we kindly ask you remove shoes in our play areas. You may keep them on at your table. We welcome indoor shoes or slippers if you'd like to bring them with and socks must be worn at all times.

Respecting Others & Our ToysWe encourage connected play in our play space. We encourage children to be kind and gentle to each other and with our toys to ensure the safety of everyone in the play space. Children must be supervised by their grown-ups. We have a large selection of toys which we appreciate you looking after. If your child has finished playing with jigsaw or puzzle it's appreciated if you can both reset the parts for the next person to play with.

Nappy Changing - Potty TimePlease change all nappies and limit use of your childs potty to the toilets. We kind ask that you refrain from toilet activities in the cafe area where people are eating and drinking.
