Nurture Antenatal Course is designed and delivered by Anna, a practising midwife and private antenatal tutor, helping expectant parents feel calm, confident and informed as they prepare for the birth of their baby. The course combines practical, midwife-led antenatal education with hypnobirthing techniques and resources to support both mind and body during pregnancy and labour. Delivered in a small, friendly group, the sessions give you and your birth partner plenty of opportunity to ask questions, learn together and connect with other local families expecting babies around the same time.
