To book a play session, simply reserve spots for each child and adult. With each adult fee you pay for you receive a free drink. Please note, no refunds are given if you don't make a café purchase. Be sure to book in advance to secure your spot!

Yes all of our play sessions are pre-bookable. This is to ensure we have enough space for everyone on the day and we don't have to turn anyone away. You book right up to 30 minutes before the session start time.

We accept walk-ins if there is space but we will have to turn you away if there is no availability.

Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, if you provide more than 24 hours' notice, we can transfer your booking to another available session. Refunds are only issued if we cancel a session, giving you the option to transfer or receive a full refund.
