Service Description

Our Antenatal & Hypnobirthing course is designed to help expectant parents feel calm, confident and informed as they prepare for the birth of their baby. The course combines practical antenatal education with hypnobirthing techniques to support both mind and body during pregnancy and labour. Parents learn about the stages of labour, birth choices, relaxation techniques and ways to feel more prepared for the arrival of their baby. Hypnobirthing techniques focus on breathing, relaxation and mindset, helping to reduce anxiety and build confidence so parents can approach birth feeling supported and in control. The sessions are delivered in a small, friendly group setting, giving parents the opportunity to ask questions, learn together and connect with other families expecting babies around the same time. The course is free to attend thanks to funding from The National Lottery, helping families access supportive antenatal education within their local community. Spaces are limited to keep the environment calm, personal and supportive.
