Service Description
Postnatal Pilates is a gentle movement class designed to support mothers in the weeks and months after giving birth. The sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture and helping you reconnect with your body following pregnancy and birth. Classes include gentle exercises that support pelvic floor recovery, core stability and mobility, helping to ease common postnatal aches and support overall wellbeing. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, giving mothers a space to move at their own pace while connecting with others in a similar stage of life. These sessions are suitable for mothers 8 weeks or more after birth and are appropriate for beginners. Babies are welcome to attend, allowing parents to take part without needing childcare. Classes are held in small, friendly groups to create a calm and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and able to move safely. Free Community Sessions These classes form part of the Bambinis Perinatal Hub programme, which supports families through pregnancy and the early months of parenthood. Sessions are completely free to attend thanks to funding from The National Lottery, helping new parents access supportive wellbeing activities within their local community. Spaces are limited to keep the environment calm and supportive.
